I had the opportunity to collaborate with Hokkai, a Japanese restaurant specializing in authentic Japanese ingredients, to promote the exceptional freshness of their products. This is achieved through their use of blast freezing technology, a method that rapidly freezes ingredients at extremely low temperatures, preserving their quality and freshness for extended periods. To communicate this innovative process, we created a six-slide carousel featuring a blend of animation and infographics. Each slide was designed to clearly and engagingly explain how blast freezing works and why it makes a difference. The visuals were tailored to provide viewers with a straightforward understanding of the technology while reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality and authenticity.
